SHIPPING POLICIES
how we work
All products will be shipped according to the method chosen by the customer, one business day after payment confirmation.
The deadline for delivery varies according to the shipping method chosen by the customer, not being our responsibility.
The products are sent by the Post Office, so we are not responsible for any delays in delivery.
You will be informed of the code to track your order through the post office website as soon as it is posted.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
How it works
Terms of exchange and returns
1- Moraiza Modas wants your purchase to be comfortable and safe, so we have adopted some exchange policy terms for you.
2- Before informing about the exchange, it is important that you send us an email: atendimento@moraiza.com.br, or by calling (11) 9 9543-1367. We are open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm, and on Saturdays from 9 am to 6 pm.
3- Our exchange period is a maximum of 15 days after receipt.
4- If the piece has a factory defect, we request an exchange within 7 days of receipt.
5- We will not make exchanges or returns in the following situations:

Product use.

It does not have the barcode and label attached.

Dirty with makeup or perfume.

Damage caused accidentally or on purpose.

Improper washing of the garment, using soap or fabric softeners.

Natural wear and tear from using the product.
6- We will only make the exchange if:

The product is in the package.

The label and bar codes are intact.
7- You can make your den for any other piece or product from any collection.
8- We advise customers to check their purchases carefully upon receipt, before removing any labels and discarding the original packaging.
9- Check if:

No parts were missing.

Product broken.

Damaged product.

Product does not comply with the order.

If the package is opened or damaged.

COLOR, SIZE OR PRODUCT EXCHANGE.
The parts requested by our website can be exchanged by customers within 7 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the product.
Before sending the piece back to the store, you must contact us by email:atendimento@moraiza.com.br
Products must be sent back in their original packaging, with labels, without signs of use or washing.
Some products in the promotion, the exchange feature is not available, see the product description.
RETURN DUE TO WITHDRAWAL OR REGRET.
Returns due to withdrawal are valid exclusively for the online store (website) and Whatsapp purchases (shipping only).
You have the right to withdraw the product and return it within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.
Return requests will not be accepted based on the following criteria:

Changing the purchase request after the 7 days within the request period.
After receiving the product, it will be analyzed within 2 business days, once approved, the money back process begins, and the money back for the product will be made according to the payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
For cancellations within the repentance period, the amount will be refunded within 7 business days and through validation with your card administration. the procedure for viewing the credit is the responsibility of your card company, and may vary according to the expiration date.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT IN TRANSPORT.
If the requested product has any manufacturing defect, please contact us directly via email:atendimento@moraiza.com.bror go directly to our Whatsapp: (11) 9 9543-1367, within 7 days after receipt.
All parts are assessed and undergo our quality assessment before being sent to the customer. We ship parts exactly as we received them from our manufacturers. If the part does not comply with any of the quotes above, the customer has the right to resend the product to the customer or refuse the part.
DELIVERY RETURNED BY THE CARRIER.
If the order is delivered to an incorrect address, shipping will be charged again, so we advise you to verify the address when entering the shipping address data.
It is not guaranteed that the carrier will deliver the product to the modified address, if it turns out that the address is wrong, let us know as soon as possible.
